There is a free online journal LATHE (Learning and Teaching in Higher Education) which focuses on the topic which the title describes. One issue so far, on "the scholarship of assessment". Includes case studies and some book reviews.The website is at: http://www.glos.ac.uk/adu/
clt/lathe/index.cfm and there is a call for papers for the next two issues: on e-learning and on inclusive curricula.
